Our Shiraz can be described as a full bodied complex wine with white pepper & raspberry characteristics. Its deep red-purple colors are typical of Shiraz grown in this high altitude cool climate. Spending 18 months on toasted American oak helps to soften the tannins and give off subtle caramel flavours.
